There are currently two packages, one for those associations that self manage and another for those associations that prefer the guidance of an association manger.

For those associations that prefer an Association Manager pricing varies due to each association’s individual needs. That said, one can generally expect $10 to $17 per month per door.

For those associations that prefer to self manage pricing is a flat $7.50/month per door. The Self Managed package includes:

  • Revenue collections and payment disbursements to vendors as directed by the Board.
  • E-pay.
  • Monitor late payments, send warning notifications, and finally notify your Association Manager.
  • Personalized Association Website.
  • Coordinate with your local accountant in preparation the association’s annual tax returns.
  • Generate monthly financial reports.
  • 24 Hour account availability
